The Rotary Club of the Caldwells 44th Annual Golf Outing
To support Camp Merry Heart–a year-round camp
for people of ALL ages and ALL disabilities!

To Our Golfers and Sponsors
We want to thank all of you who participated in past Rotary Club of the Caldwells (RCC) annual golf outings!

We also want to welcome players who are joining us for the first time this year. You will have a great day at a fantastic golf course with a fun group of "golfers" while we all raise money for Camp Merry Heart in Hacketstown, NJ.

About our benefactor, Camp Merry Heart

Camp Merry Heart - a program of Easter Seals New Jersey - provides a wide variety of recreation and activities to people of all ages and all types of disabilities and special needs.

Well over 30,000 individuals have been served since its doors opened in 1954.

The 123-acre facility in Hackettstown offers year-round programs in a beautiful and safe setting that provides opportunities for self-determination and group participation, along with physical exercise. In addition, Camp Merry Heart offers fun recreational trips and excursions, and weekend getaways that supply much-needed respite for family caregivers.

The Rotarians of Northern, NJ have been a major supporter of Camp Merry Heart for nearly 50 years. Caldwell Rotarians join our fellow Rotarians on an annual visit to the camp to help clean the area, make improvements, build camper's housing, and to volunteer. When a Rotarian visits the camp on Camp Merry Heart Day, that volunteer is so taken back by the dedication of the counselors and the joy of the campers, Camp Merry Heart Day becomes one of the reasons we are Rotarians.

Projects like these build communities and give opportunities to the children and adults of small villages. These are rewarding projects that our local individuals, schools and businesses can help produce. We guarantee you will be amazed at all of the work done to date in the Dominican Republic.

For more information on how you can donate clothing, dried food, baby food, sandals and of course tax-deductible donations, please contact Kevin Hersh in the U.S. at 646-265-4234 or you can make your tax-deductible check made payable to The Dominican Republic Relief Organization, 472 Bloomfield Avenue, Caldwell, NJ 07006.
